Schedule: coordinate meetings, reschedule, find availability, send invites. CC min@ on a thread and it negotiates the time and sends the invite.

Capture: meeting notes, decisions, commitments. Invite min to a meeting and everyone who was in the room gets the notes.

Follow up: remind at the right time and draft the follow up. Forward a thread or write one line, like remind me to follow up with John in 3 months.

Private by default, share deliberately. min. remembers things privately for you unless you share them. It can sit in a sensitive 1:1 without making it company knowledge; seeing something is never sharing it. And min. never coaches, scores, or manages you.
